Privacy Policy

The NOVA Relocation Guide is a small operation. We are a free daily newsletter run by Yvenson Juste, a licensed real estate agent serving Northern Virginia. This page explains what information we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to send you the newsletter and reply to questions, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. Depending on which form you fill out, that can include:
- Your email address (required for newsletter signup).
- Your first and last name, if you provide them.
- Your phone number, if you fill out the work-with-me or advertise form.
- Your mailing address, if you sign up for the free monthly print edition.
- Survey answers about your move to NOVA, if you fill out the optional survey.
- Any message or note you type into a contact form.
We do not collect financial information, account numbers, or government IDs. If a form ever asks for that, do not enter it.
How we use it
- To send you the daily newsletter at 6 AM ET.
- To mail you the free monthly print edition, if you signed up for it.
- To reply when you email us or fill out an inquiry form.
- To follow up on real estate questions, if you indicated you are buying or selling.
- To improve what we publish based on what subscribers tell us they care about.
Who else sees it
We share your information only with the vendors we use to operate the newsletter:
- GoHighLevel stores your contact record and powers our email sends.
- Mailgun delivers the emails to your inbox.
- WordPress and our hosting provider run the website.
- Cloudflare handles DNS and routes replies.
These vendors process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use it for anything else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not share your information with advertisers, sponsors, or partners.
- We do not run third-party tracking or advertising pixels on the site.
- We do not send promotional texts unless you explicitly opted in.
Your choices
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Stop print delivery by replying to any newsletter and asking us to remove your address.
- See what we have on file about you by emailing the address below.
- Correct or delete your information by emailing the address below.
