Pick your nonprofit
Name any registered 501(c)(3) that matters to you. A local food bank, your kid’s school PTA, an animal rescue, a faith community, a mental health nonprofit, the rec league that taught your kid to swim. Pick at the start of our engagement or any time before settlement day. Take your time.

From consultation to settlement
As a top real estate agent in Northern Virginia, I represent buyers, sellers, rentals, and new construction. Pricing, showings, negotiation, paperwork, and every piece of admin in between. From the 30-minute intro call through settlement, then the donation we send on your behalf, every part of the deal is handled.

25% goes to your cause
On settlement day, the settlement company sends 25% of my commission directly to the nonprofit you chose. You see the confirmation at the closing table. No waiting, no follow-up, no chasing receipts.
